Collaboration among the Project partners and with other organisations
The implementation of the
Demonstration Project requires a close collaboration among the various
members of the Consortium, which have been carefully selected to cover
the whole range of skills and expertise and the geographical presence
required for the successful implementation of the Demonstration Project
and for the subsequent delivery of the service on a permanent basis.
The role which have been attributed
to each them is shortly described below:


Fondazione Angelo Celli per una cultura

The Fondazione will co-ordinate
the overall Project.
In addition to its co-ordination role
the Fondazione will take part in all the activities in the field
concerning the actual delivery of medical training through the HEALTH
for ALL in LA eLearning environment and will closely collaborate
with CERGAS and with Centro Sperimentale di Educazione Sanitaria
Interuniversitario, Università di Perugia e Napoli "Federico
II and the Latin American partners in the assessment of the eLearning
environment from an educational point of view .


Instituto de Saúde Coletiva
Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA)
The Institute will be the main
player for the organisation and realisation of the Demonstration
Project in the Region of Bahia. It will provide the liaison with
the local target user group, with the relevant regional and federal
health authorities, with the medical associations and with the representatives
of the health care professionals (e.g. unions). The Institute will
provide the content for the eLearning pilot in Brazil and will support
the other partners in carrying out all the Project activities foreseen
in Brazil. It will be responsible for the training of the Brazilian
target user group and it will closely collaborate with the Centro
Sperimentale di Educazione Sanitaria Interuniversitario, Università
di Perugia e Napoli "Federico II" for the assessment of
the eLearning environment in Brazil from an educational point of
view .
 
Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte (Brazil)
The Institute will be the main

II" for the assessment of the eLearning environment in Brazil
from an educational point of view


Centro di Ricerche sulla Gestione
dell'Assistenza Sanitaria (CERGAS) Università Commerciale
"Luigi Bocconi"
CERGAS will share its unrivalled
expertise in health care organisation and economic evaluation of
health care systems to advise the Latin American partners about
the changes that eLearning can enable to improve the way health
care is delivered in the participating countries. It will support
Latin-American partners in the identification of Family Care Team
needs in terms of managerial skills and will be responsible for
the adaptation of specific e-training modules to those needs. It
will be responsible for the overall evaluation of the Demonstration
Project results and for the elaboration of the Business Plan.

Universidad Autónoma "Tomas
Frias", Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de Potosì (TFFCS)
and Municipio di Potosì: Hospital Daniel Bracamonte (HDB)

The University "Tomas Frias"
and the Hospital Daniel Bracamonte will be the main players for
the organisation and realisation of the Demonstration Project in
Bolivia. They will provide the liaison with the local target user
group, with the relevant regional and national health authorities,
with the medical associations and with the representatives of the
health care professionals (e.g. unions). They will equally provide
the content for the eLearning pilot in Bolivia and will support
the other partners in carrying out all the Project activities foreseen
in Bolivia. They will be responsible for the training of the Bolivian
target user group and they will closely collaborate with the Centro
Sperimentale di Educazione Sanitaria Interuniversitario, Università
di Perugia e Napoli "Federico II" for assessment of the
eLearning environment in Bolivia from an educational point of view
.

The Centre will provide its expertise
in the area of health and health care education to the other members
of the Consortium to properly organise the courses which will be
delivered through the HEALTH for ALL in LA eLearning environment.
The Centre will be also responsible for the assessment of the eLearning
environment from an educational point of view .

These three University Departments
will work closely with one another to help the Consortium to adjust
principles, methods and tools which have been elaborated and developed
in a European context, to the Latin American context which differs
from the European one in several social, organisational and cultural
aspects. Each of the three departments will focus on a specific
aspect of such an adaptation: organisational (Universitat "Rovira
i Virgili"), cultural (University of Amsterdam) and social
(Universidad Complutense).

The Department represents
the main technological partner of the Consortium. In collaboration
with other technical partners that will act as sub-contractors,
it will take care of setting up the HEALTH for ALL in LA eLearning
environment in the participating demonstration sites. The Department
will be also responsible for the assessment of the eLearning environment
from a technical point of view.
